I'm Sorry!... Update

I'm trying to take this time to say sorry for not posting since June 11th.  As of right now, my weightloss has come to a screeming hault!  I have been pretty ill since that time.  I will explain what's going on.

I started what I suspected to be my period on June 1st.  When June 14th hit I just thought it was a long one because my periods have been irregular for a while and my body might have been trying to get back on track.  Then June 21st, my period was still around and pretty heavy with blood clots and such.  So I went to the hospital.  The doctor did a pelvic exam and found nothing wrong yet a UTI is about it.  Get me some antibiotics for that and yet am still bleeding.  I then went to another hospital that following day June 22nd.  I consulted another doctor who told me the same things and that my period should stop sometime soon.  Here we are the ending of June and I'm STILL bleeding!  When I get paid on friday (since I don't have health insurance yet) I'm going to go and consult an OB/GYN to run some tests and see exactly what is wrong.  All this blood loss is making me dizzy and feeling sick.  That's pretty much why I've not done anymore weightloss things in a while.  That's it.. So I will keep you all updated and so on and we will go from there for me to pick up where I left off very soon!!

Week 5 Day 5

Today was pretty cool.  I did my walk/jog last night at work and it worked out like I had wanted it to.  So basically, I jogged 1 mile.. but every other round (smile)!!

This morning when I got off work, took my husband to work and while there, I picked up some orange juice and a banana nut muffin, then I went off to my 2nd job and worked another 4 hours!  Got back in and had me some noodles and went to sleep!!  Just woke up not long ago and I plan on having a garden salad tonight when I get to work!

I hope all of you out there are doing as well as I'm doing and I'm sure you all are anxious to see my new pics!  I'm excited to post them soon!  Well, got to get off of here and get going to work!  Take care and Good Night!

Week 5 Day 4

Today was a "groovy" day LOL.  I had me some cereal and also a subway sandwich in which I ate half now and I will take on the other half at work right before I do my walking.

I think I'm going to try a new thing tonight at work.  11 times around the building is a mile.  I'm going to go 22 times around and I'll walk and then job every other round!  See if I can do that it will be awesome meaning I'll would have jogged one mile LOL... great!!

Well, that's today in a nutt shell!  I got to get off here and watch my so "So You Think You Can Dance"!  LOL

Week 5 Day 3 (Yesterday)

Yesterday was another fairely good day.  Woke up early and had a hearty breakfast with some rasin bran!  I don't really like Rasins but they were not that bad!  The cereal is kinda good.  I was off yesterday so I went out in the 90 degree weather to get me some walking in and thank God the walking trail has water fountains around so I can drink while I walk!

Just keep in mind that relatively soon I will be posting more pics of me and so you all can see the transition and which I don't really see it but I will let you all be the judge of that!!

I hate when my husband always wants to order arby's and such considering that's my favoriate fast food place to eat!  I still go along with him but instead of ordering my fave chicken cordon blue, I order a grilled chicken salad!  Still better than nothing I think at this point.  Seems like the ONLY thing to order at any fast food place is salad!  I wish they had more of a healthy veriety.  No telling what they put on something that looks healthy even!!

Maybe I should go everywhere and get Nutrition facts LOL.. that's something I would definately do LOL...

Well that was yesterday.  Before I leave for work today will post what went on today..

Week 5 Day 2 (Yesterday)

Yesterday was a cool day for me as though I did eat something fatening but I did exercise it off later in the day.  I can't do that often or my body will get used to it again.  However, I did feel a lil sick after I think it's because am not used to eating that kind of thing again!

I think I'll just not cheat again because when I do I feel sick and I don't really like that feeling at all.  I'm going to try and see if I can set up a walking group once again in my area and see how that goes!  Pray for me LOL

I do have alot of followers on twitter and alot of followers on other websites that are doing a great job just by reading my blogs and such!  

To answer the question of one of my followers on twitter, yes, house cleaning is considered a workout as long as you are going at a steady fast pase and not taking breaks!  It's considered a light weight workout and not a cardio!!

Week 5 Day 1 (Sunday)

Sunday was a cool day as I was not feeling any pains in my stomache due to not eating junk like before!  I have been so busy with work and such that I don't really have time to post so I'm back tracking!

As I was saying, my body is finally used to not eating all the junk that I was so used to.  I believe I can do without meats and such and I rarely eat fish though am supposed to I just don't like the taste of it!  

I have this woman at work that I work with and she does the walks with me in between doing bed checks with the old folks!!

Sunday Night I actually did about 2 miles around the building.  I know it's not the normal 6 miles I do at the lake in which I believe I'll be doing those on my days off of work, yeah, that's what I'll do... But when I reach my goal weight I will have to surely start prepairing for my marathon for next year!

Week 4 Day 7 (Saturday) Weigh/Measure-In

I really can't believe am already about to start week 5.  Time is flying by when you are having fun LOL..  Lets get down to business..

Here is my weight:

Start Weight: 283.4 LBS (128.8 KG)
Now Weight: 269.0 LBS (122.2 KG)

Total Weight Lost: 14.4 LBS (6.5 KG) 

And my inches:

To start off it was:

Neck: 15.5 inches
Arm: 18 inches
Hips: 54 inches
Waist: 47 inches
Thigh: 28 inches

Now it is:

Neck: 13.5 inches (lost 2 inches)
Arm: 16 inches (lost 2 inches)
Hips: 50.5 inches (lost 3.5 inches)
Waist: 43 inches (lost 4 inches)
Thigh: 25.5 inches (lost 2.5 inch)

I'm really suprised with all my trials and obsticles am doing really well with everything.  I just pray it keeps getting better.. We will surely find out.  As long as I don't cheat often and keep to my exercise routine!!

Week 4 Day 6

I don't feel as tired today as I did yesterday so it should actually be a better day.  I did find this kind of interesting way at work that I can do sit-ups.  It's crazy.  Kinda like straddle a chair backwards at work and then begin doing the sit-ups.  Just like doing it on the floor only instead of my back touching the floor, it won't touch anything so it's like I'm pushing my abs to workout much harder!  I can feel the burning sooner than on the floor and I believe it's working!  Kinda like an advanced sit-up!

Tonight I think I'm going to try to go around the building at work about 50 times.  However, I'm sure I won't have the time to do it all at once so I will break it up hour by hour since I have other (job related) things to do at work for instance bed check!  That's my goal for tonight.

I think starting next month, I'm going to make a goal of how many miles I walk/jog for the month and see where that gets me!  I really do miss doing my walks at the lake but it's like when I get off work and take my husband to work, I'm just too damn tired to go anywhere or do anything.  I was thinking about like after I wake up from getting in from work, then maybe going to the lake to do some walking but by that time of the day, the sun is really beaming and I burn easily and I don't want that to happen again so I will see what will happen and such.  Maybe I can find some really strong sun block to apply to my skin so I can still enjoy the weather while I can!  Yeah, I think that's what's going to happen!! LOL

I know you all are anxious to see what I'm looking like.  I will be posting a picture the Sunday closest to the 12th of the month each month till I reach my goal of 175 LBS even if I don't reach my goal in September am still going to keep going and not quit!  I won't be able to live with myself if I don't reach that goal!  I'm going to do it, no doubt!

Well that's it for now.  I need to get off here, eat something, shower, and get ready for work..

Week 4 Day 5 (Yesterday)

It was a good day though I was extremely tired at work therefore I only walked around the building 11 times (1 mile) instead of my 25 times!  However, I did manage to jog around it 2 times so I think that was pretty good though I felt like I'm going to bust out of my chest from breathing and panting so hard LOL.. It was funny (not really) LOL!!

As for the eating, I forgot to bring something to work so I had some venina sausages (processed mini hotdogs), some crackers and some toast!  That was my meal while at work though more like a snack!  

Seems like the first couple of weeks just flew by now that I'm in week 4 seems like the days are going by extremely slow and it's driving me NUTS!  Literately!!  LOL

Week 4 Day 4

Today was alright!  I got some small exercise in and ate quite well as well.  I have some issues going on with my body in which I don't know if it's from the change of activity I'm consuming in my body or what it is.  We will see!  

From the picture on my driver License to what I look like today is a major difference in my face.  I don't have that double chin anymore and it's wonderful!  My face looks a whole lot more slim now.  I will be posting pictures on the 12th of this month.. rather the closest saturday to the 12th if it does not already fall on a saturday (smile)!!

Well I just got in from work and I'm going to take a shower (after I do some small exercising) and then go to bed.. Have a wonderful night and God Bless you ALL!!

Week 4 Day 3 (Yesterday)

I totally thought I was over all the pain of working out and eating right!  Boy oh boy am I wrong!!  My whole body is aching.  I woke up this morning, stood up from bed to go to the bathroom and I nearly fell on my ass!!  My feet were killing me, my shoulders were killing me, even my ass hurt (and not from sex LOL).. I didn't sleep wrong am sure cos normally when I sleep wrong, my back hurts and it didn't hurt this time!

I think what happened is that I did this kind of weight training with resistance bands and I worked some muscles that I have not worked in a while!  ah!  Am sure I will get over it!  And another thing is that I have a husband who does not like to rub feet or even back for that matter!  LOL  I'm screwed (literately)!!

My eating habits are great!  That part I have it down!  I just wish there was something I can do where I will never ache again from exercise but I know it's not over yet!  It's raining outside so that means I will not be going for my walk today!  I guess I have a good reason as to why I should go out and buy rain boots, ect!  I don't want to miss out on my walks!!  oh shit, this week is jogging week!  Time to Jog!!! Get those knees up!!.. *poof*

Week 4 Day 2

Today was not too good either as I've only had one thing to eat and I'm just not hungry anymore!  Weird.. I wish I can get back to normal!

Oh well!!

I know one thing is for sure, I'm so ready for this Challenge to be over.  LOL I know that is not the first time I'm saying that and it sure as hell won't be the last.  I just know I'm going to stick to it no matter what and prove to everything that I can and will and did do this!  For those who think I won't, can't, and don't!!!  Suckers!!!

Yeah, am starting to sound more mean cos it's finally getting to me and getting to my body!  LOL.. oh shit.. somewhere inside of me, there is a fit/healthy woman creaming out while the fat one wants a macadamian nutt cookie!!! LOL

Ok, enough fun for today, let me get ready for work, will post tomorrow.. thank God am off the next 2 days!!

Week 4 Day 1 (Yesterday)

Yeah!  Everything is going crazy and I used to post every evening on the day of the "challenge" that is going on!  Now I'm posting the next day because from working the night shift, I am just too tired to post that same day as that day's challenge!  Sorry if that does not make sence LOL

The eating is not going so well.  By not going so well I mean I'm not eating right.. or rather at all.  I only ate once today and didn't even eat at all yesterday because I'm working nights and by the time I get off work, am too tired to eat anything I just go to bed and by the time I wake up, I just don't feel hungry and before I know it, I'm just going to work again.  

I ate only once today and I didn't really even want to because I just was not hungry.  Seems like the hours that I'm working (not sleeping) is finally getting to me because my body is not used to sleeping at odd hours and then eating or whatever!

As for exercise, it's going well.. still doing things at work and I found new ways to do situps and it works!
